- Mobility support, familiarity with walkers and wheelchairs, cane use, etc
- Support with home aide equipment
Light Housekeeping
- Laundry: personal clothes, and bedding
- Dishes, cleaning floors, dusting, cleaning the fridge
- Vacuum
Medication Reminders
- Timely reminders to take medications
- Dispersing meds from bubble packs into a cup for the client
- Record and log medications
- Remind family contacts when refills are needed
Communications/Charting/Paperwork
- We provide a relevant, up to date care plan that is reviewed regularly
- Open communication book between the caregivers and the family
- Supporting seniors with communicating with family via phone or other digital means
- Timely update and areas of concern to the identified contact family member
Home Safety Checks
- Alongside care providers will make sure the clients home is safe and secure night & day when onsite 24/7
